 In summer we eat such things, which contain high levels of carbohydrate and protein. But by consuming them the temperature of the body increases and the hormones begin to change. Carbohydrate and protein are right for those who want to lose weight quickly, but the quantity should be correct.


Ginger - Ginger keeps the body warm naturally Regular consumption of the body increases the temperature. However, ginger is good for health, but if the amount of ginger is taken in the summer, it can be damaged.



Onions - Onions are used to enhance the taste of all vegetables. Onion also keeps body temperature warm, making hormones unbalanced. It is better to keep the quantity of onions low in the heat, then the health will remain good.
